Where We Ship

We currently ship to the UK and selected European Union countries only.
We do not ship outside the EU at this time.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods (particularly October–December), dispatch times may increase to 3–4 working days.

UK Delivery

Delivery Methods

  • Orders up to 3kg: Sent via Yodel (or Royal Mail during peak periods)

  • Orders over 3kg: Sent via APC on an overnight service

Delivery Times

  • Yodel / Royal Mail: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • APC: Next working day delivery

Large or bulky items may require pallet delivery. If this applies, we will contact you by email to arrange delivery.

Northern Ireland

  • Orders up to 3kg: Yodel

  • Orders over 3kg: DPD

Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.

Scottish Highlands, Isles & Remote UK Areas

Orders to the Scottish Highlands and other remote UK locations may be sent via Yodel, APC, or DHL, depending on parcel size and destination.

Delivery times may be slightly longer than mainland UK.

Highlands & Isles postcodes include:
AB37–AB38, AB41–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS, IM, IV1–IV56, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PA80–PA88, PH17–PH44, PH49–PH50, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE.

EU Delivery

We ship to selected EU countries, including:

Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Romania.

Delivery Method & Times

  • Orders are shipped via DHL

  • EU delivery usually takes up to 1 week after dispatch

  • Customs delays may occasionally occur

Customs & Duties

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

⚠ Germany
Due to German packaging regulations (LUCID number requirements), we are unable to ship to Germany at this time.

Shipping Prices

Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location and parcel weight and are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.

Dangerous Goods

Some products are classed as dangerous goods, including:

  • Essential oils and blends

  • Room sprays and aroma mists

  • Products containing alcohol (e.g. perfumes)

These items can be shipped by road only and may be restricted from certain destinations.

PO Boxes & BFPO Addresses

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses within the UK

  • For BFPO addresses, please contact us before placing an order, as delivery options and pricing may vary.

Handmade Terrarium Kits – Separate Fulfilment

Our handmade terrarium kits are created and shipped directly by us from:

Halifax Road, Sheffield, UK

Please note:

  • Terrarium kits are fulfilled separately from other items in your order

  • If your order contains both terrarium kits and other products, they may arrive in separate deliveries

  • Handmade kits are shipped via Evri or Royal Mail 

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Live Plants – Separate Fulfilment

Live plants are shipped separately and are fulfilled directly by our grower.

Fast UK delivery. Most orders arrive within 2 to 6 working days.

Standard delivery
£5.99. Free on orders over £150.

Express delivery
£9.99. Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for delivery within 2 working days.

Plants are dispatched using a fully tracked courier.
Tracking details are sent by text or email once your order has been dispatched.
