Due to the handmade nature of this product, there can be small imperfections in the glass such as small bubbles and light scratches. The height and shape of glass and wood can differ therefore sizes vary.

Your items are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busier times, it may take a little longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.
Our handmade terrarium kits are made and sent directly from our Sheffield workspace on Halifax Road. These are shipped to the UK only and separately via Evri or Royal Mail, and you’ll receive tracking details as soon as they’re on their way.
If your order includes other items, they may arrive in more than one delivery — but we promise everything will be clearly tracked and safely packaged.
